一、接受條款
歡迎使用 Frontier OS（下稱「本服務」）。本服務由 Frontier Lab（下稱「我們」）提供，網址為 https://frontier-lab.io。當您註冊、登入或使用本服務時，即表示您已閱讀、理解並同意受本服務條款（下稱「本條款」）之拘束。若您不同意本條款，請勿使用本服務。
二、服務說明
Frontier OS 為競選管理與選民分析之雲端平台，提供選民結構分析、AI 輔助分析、CRM、地圖與行程等相關功能。我們保留隨時變更、暫停或終止部分或全部服務之權利，並將於合理可行之範圍內事先通知使用者。
三、帳號與登入
您須透過我們支援之方式（例如 Google OAuth）登入使用本服務。您應對帳號下之活動負責，並妥善保管登入憑證。若發現未經授權之使用，請立即通知我們。
四、使用者內容與資料
您上傳至本服務之選民資料、檔案及其他內容（下稱「使用者內容」）之權利仍屬於您或您的團隊。您授予我們為提供本服務所需之有限權利（包含儲存、處理、顯示與分析）。您保證擁有上傳使用者內容之權利，且該內容不侵害第三人權利或違反法令。我們得依本條款或法律規定，於必要範圍內處理或保留使用者內容。
五、禁止行為
使用本服務時，您同意不得：
- 違反適用法律或侵害他人權利；
- 上傳惡意程式、干擾系統或嘗試未經授權之存取；
- 將本服務用於詐騙、騷擾、垃圾訊息或其他不當用途；
- 逆向工程、解編或試圖取得本服務之原始碼或底層技術（除法律明文允許外）；
- 未經授權再授權、轉售或商業化利用本服務。
六、智慧財產權
Frontier OS 之介面、設計、商標、程式碼及相關技術與內容（除使用者內容外）之智慧財產權均屬我們或我們的授權人所有。本條款未授予您任何上述權利。
七、免責聲明
本服務依「現狀」及「可用性」提供。在法律允許之最大範圍內，我們不就本服務之正確性、完整性、適用性、不中斷或無錯誤為任何明示或默示之保證。您使用本服務及依其產生之分析或決策，風險由您自行承擔。
八、責任限制
在法律允許之範圍內，我們及我們的關係企業、協力廠商就本服務或本條款所生之任何間接、衍生、懲罰性、附隨或特別損害不負責任；我們的總賠償責任以您於事由發生前十二個月內就本服務所支付之金額為上限（若為免費使用則為零）。
九、終止
我們得因您違反本條款、法律規定或營運需要，暫停或終止您對本服務之存取。您亦得隨時停止使用本服務。終止後，您存取帳號與資料之權利將依我們之資料保留政策處理。
十、條款變更與聯絡方式

1. Acceptance
Welcome to Frontier OS (“Service”). The Service is provided by Frontier Lab at https://frontier-lab.io. By registering, signing in, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Frontier OS is a cloud platform for campaign management and voter analysis, including voter structure analysis, AI-assisted analysis, CRM, maps, and scheduling. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice where feasible.
3. Account and Login
You must sign in using supported methods (e.g., Google OAuth). You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
4. User Content and Data
You retain rights in content you upload (“User Content”). You grant us a limited license to store, process, display, and analyze it as needed to provide the Service. You represent that you have the rights to upload User Content and that it does not infringe third-party rights or violate law. We may process or retain User Content as required by these Terms or law.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Violate applicable law or infringe others’ rights;
- Upload malware, disrupt systems, or attempt unauthorized access;
- Use the Service for fraud, harassment, spam, or other misuse;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to obtain source code (except as permitted by law);
- Sublicense, resell, or commercially exploit the Service without authorization.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property in Frontier OS (interface, design, trademarks, code, and related technology and content, excluding User Content) is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any such rights.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, completeness, fitness, or uninterrupted operation. You use the Service and any resulting analysis or decisions at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates and third parties are not liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, incidental, or special damages arising from the Service or these Terms; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim (or zero if free).
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, law, or operational needs. You may stop using the Service at any time. After termination, your access to account and data will be handled according to our data retention policy.
10. Changes and Contact
