Who we are
FrontierLab is a Taiwan-based company focused on political technology. We serve legislators, city councilors, county magistrates, village chiefs, and candidates at every level, along with their campaign teams, with the goal of bringing Silicon Valley-grade digital tools to Taiwan's campaign frontline.
We got into this space because of a gap we kept observing: a campaign produces a large volume of signals every day, from voter interactions and social sentiment to precinct vote counts and casework, yet most campaign teams still manage all of it with Excel and paper. A campaign is, at its core, an information contest, and the generational gap in tools directly affects how quickly and how well a team grasps its own situation.
At the same time, maturing AI tools are changing the cost structure of campaign work. When first drafts of segmented messaging or a race readout can be produced in minutes, a team that relies entirely on manual work is at a disadvantage in how it spends its time and people.
The product: Frontier OS
Our flagship product, Frontier OS, is a smart campaign system that integrates a political CRM with an AI Agent, built from three modules:
The design core of Frontier OS is a single source of truth serving multiple decision layers. All voter, interaction, case, schedule, and district data converge in one multi-tenant database with row-level security, and the political CRM, AI Agent, and geo + sentiment modules each draw from it. The data only needs to be maintained once, and every analysis and application builds on the same foundation.

What we offer
We provide three kinds of service. The first is the Frontier OS platform subscription, delivered as SaaS and covering the political CRM, AI Agent, geographic analysis, and sentiment monitoring. The second is campaign digital-transformation consulting, an onboarding program of about eight weeks that walks a team through data inventory, workflow design, and training. The third is custom campaign data analysis for a specific district, including vote-source breakdowns, opponent analysis, and sentiment reports.
